1. Submitted Content.

When You submit your application, You provide Troy Oz Information Services, LLC (the “Company”) with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (Your “Information”).

Any Information You submit must be accurate and describe You, an individual person. The Information requires standard fields to be completed and included along with the application.

You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein and submitted to the Company.

The Company reserves the right to offer third party services and products to You based on the Information you submit on your application. Such offers may be made by the Company or by third parties. Please see Company’s Privacy Policy, for further details regarding Your Information.

You understand and acknowledge that third parties may retain saved copies of Your Information due to services used by the Company, such as server hosting companies.

The Company reserves the right to delete Your Information at any time at the Company’s sole discretion.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, advertisements, messages or other materials submitted, posted or displayed by You on or through a the Company’s Site (“User Content”) is the sole responsibility of the person from which such User Content originated. The Company claims no ownership or control over any User Content. You or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any User Content you submit and you are responsible for protecting those rights, as appropriate. By submitting any User Content on or through the Company, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content through the Company’s Site. In addition, by submitting, posting or displaying User Content which is intended to be available to the general public, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content for the purpose of promoting the Company and its services.

You also represent and warrant that You have the right to grant, or that the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to You the right to grant, the license stated above.

The Company may review and remove any User Content that, in its sole judgment, violates these Terms, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal, or violates the rights of, or harms or threatens the safety of, Users of any Company Site. The Company reserves the right to expel Users and prevent their further access to the Company Sites and/or use of the Company’s Services for violating the Terms or applicable laws, rules or regulations. The Company may take any action with respect to User Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes that such User Content could create liability for the Company, damage the Company’s brand or public image, or cause the Company to lose Users or (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.

This privacy policy applies to information the Company collects or uses on sites and applications owned or controlled by the Company or its affiliated companies.

The Company collects information directly from you such as your contact information, resume, and profile information. We also may collect information about you automatically such as how you use and interact with the Company’s web site, your demographic information, and information about your computer or mobile device.

How We Use Information

The Company uses the information collected about you to determine whether or not you are a good fit for open positions within the Company. Additionally, the Company may use your information to contact you about Company updates, conduct surveys, or to provide informational and service-related communications.

The Company does not share contact information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.

The Company may disclose and transfer information to a third party who acquires any or all of the Company’s business units.

Access to Your Personal Information

Once submitted to the Company, you will no longer have access to the Information.  However, you can change the information by re-submitting a new application.
